Our Philosophy
I am Giacomo Giovenali, born and raised in Tuscany. My love for nature, wine and authentic cuisine led me to create InCUCINA Toscana, a project born to celebrate the pleasure of good food and Italian hospitality.
After years dedicated to high-level sports with MTrainingLab, I realized a dream: buying Casale Chiesina, an elegant 18th century villa immersed in the heart of Tuscany. Here InCUCINA was born, an exclusive experience for those who want to experience Tuscan cuisine with authenticity and refinement.
In addition to my passion for gastronomy, I also created InGIRO Bike Tour, a luxury cycling experience that allows you to discover Tuscany by pedaling through its breathtaking landscapes. Both projects, InCUCINA and InGIRO, are united by the desire to offer authentic and tailor-made experiences for an international clientele seeking the best in terms of quality and refinement.
